Returns Policy
At CHLOE&JULE we are all about customer satisfaction and offer a flexible exchange policy.

We offer an exchange or store credit if your item is not the right fit. Exchanges cannot be made for change of mind. A request for an exchange must be made within 7 days from receipt of purchase (all our products are shipped with a tracking number). To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unworn/unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To arrange an exchange, please email your request to hello@chloeandjule.coma.au stating the order details and the size you wish to exchange for. Upon receipt, we will advise of next steps.

Where to send your return item once approved.
Once you have received an email notification of the approval to return your item, you should mail your product to:


PO BOX 595 LEICHHARDT NSW 2040. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

All returns must have a tracking number and we recommend you take out shipping insurance. Chloe & Jule will not be liable for items lost in transit. 

 

Chloe & Jule will offer FREE standard shipping to send out the correct size to you! The cost of returning the original item to us will be at your expense.

Sale items 
Unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged.

Faulty Items

In the rare event that your item may be deemed faulty by our manufacturer, a refund or store credit may be issued. The refund / store credit value will equate to the purchase price of the goods only (excludes shipping/freight costs).

*Please note for an item to be deemed faulty, we must first receive your item for inspection and advice must be received from our manufacturer in Spain. Please allow up to 7 business days to receive this advice.
